Becoming like Jesus means we shift from following the crowd to leading like Christ. Just as the disciples were sent to heal the sick and to cast out demons, the call to follow becomes the call to lead in the very circles in which we once followed. Our careers become a calling and we, who were sheep, become shepherds.
